Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can dedicate time and resources to every client engagement, Prodigy Consortium Consulting Group requires a booking deposit for consulting services.

Deposit Requirement:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure service dates and project resources.

• For large-scale projects or ongoing contracts, a retainer agreement will be established with milestone payments.

Payment Methods Accepted:

• Credit/Debit Card

• ACH Bank Transfer

• Square Invoice

• Zelle (by arrangement)

Balance Payment:

• Remaining balance is due upon completion of services or at pre-agreed project milestones.

• Monthly retainers are due on the first of each month unless otherwise noted in the service agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the start date: Deposit can be applied as credit toward a future service within 90 days.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior: Deposit is forfeited.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made less than 72 hours before the session or meeting may be subject to an administrative fee.

No-Show Policy:

• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will result in forfeiture of deposit and may impact future booking availability.
