  • Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • We strive to make our scheduling process simple, transparent, and fair for all clients. To secure your delivery date and ensure resource availability, Rapid Freight Logistics requires a non-refundable booking deposit.

  • Deposit Requirement:

    • A deposit of 30% of the total quoted rate is required at the time of booking.

    • For bookings made less than 48 hours before pickup, the deposit must be paid immediately upon confirmation.

  • Payment Methods Accepted:

  • Zelle

  • CashApp

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • ACH Bank Transfer

  • Square Invoice

  • Balance Payment:

    • The remaining balance is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Certain services (such as long-haul freight, eviction clean-outs, or large property clean-outs) may require full payment in advance.

  • Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: Deposit can be applied as credit toward a future booking within 60 days.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup: Deposit is forfeited.

    • If Rapid Freight Logistics must cancel due to unforeseen operational issues, clients may choose a full deposit refund or apply it toward a rescheduled date.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to an administrative fee.

  • By paying a deposit, clients agree to these terms and acknowledge our commitment to reserving dedicated time, labor, and equipment for their booking.
