Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation, Moore Realty Solutions requires a booking deposit for consulting, lease-up, and property management service engagements.
Deposit Requirement:
• A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted service fee is required at the time of booking.
• For ongoing property management contracts, a retainer or first month’s management fee is due prior to the start date.
Payment Methods Accepted:
• Credit/Debit Card
• ACH Bank Transfer
• Square Invoice
• Zelle (by arrangement)
Balance Payment:
• For consulting services, the remaining balance is due upon completion of services.
• For monthly management, payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled start date: Deposit may be applied as credit toward future services within 90 days.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior: Deposit is forfeited.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, an administrative fee may apply.
No-Show Policy:
• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or meeting without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
